Download PBL Portal Setup

Installation Steps

  1. Click the yellow Download button above.
  2. After downloading, go to your Downloads folder and double-click Pbl_Portal_Setup.exe.
  3. If you see a blue screen that says Windows protected your PC, click More info then Run anyway.

  4. You may also see a yellow and white screen saying User Account Control.
  5. Click Yes.

  6. Follow the setup wizard to finish installing.
