🔐 Summary of Responsibilities
- 👮♂️ Patrolling premises and designated areas
- 🚪 Controlling entry and exit points
- 📦 Monitoring cargo movement from ship to delivery
- 🕵️ Investigating suspicious activities
- 📋 Enforcing company policies and security procedures
🛠️ Primary Duties
- 👣 Patrol of pier, sheds, compounds, offices, etc.
- 🛂 Control of access to the facility
- 📹 Surveillance of cargo operations
- 🏦 Escort and security for bank deposits
- 📖 Must be familiar with PBL Surveillance System & Manual
- 🔄 Perform other related duties as assigned
📚 ISPS Code – Section 18.2: Required Knowledge
- ⚠️ Current security threats and trends
- 🔍 Weapon and dangerous substance recognition
- 👁️ Suspicious behavior identification
- 🔐 Security breach prevention techniques
- 👥 Crowd control and communication
- 💻 Operation of surveillance systems
- 🛠️ Maintenance and testing of security equipment
- 🧳 Physical search and inspection techniques
📄 Job Qualifications / Requirements
- 🎓 High School Diploma
- 🕒 Minimum 3 years’ experience as Security Officer
- 🚗 Valid Driver’s License
- 💻 Computer literate
- ⚖️ Knowledge of laws and safety regulations
- 🛡️ Familiar with security operations and procedures
💡 Skills & Competencies
- 🔧 Ability to work independently and in teams
- ⏰ Punctual, ethical, and available for on-call shifts
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills
- 📝 Strong reporting and documentation abilities
